This retreat was exactly what I needed. Time away from a busy life to focus on me, gain clarity and find my passion and belief to get back out there and create the life I want. Rachel and Frankie work so well together, both bringing a different perspective which gave me a really special experience during this retreat to allow myself to do the work and realise my potential. It honestly was like magic. They created the space for us to laugh, cry, enjoy and relax with the the best group of other woman who now have become friends.

Frankie is an Intuitive Mentor, Theta Healing Practitioner® and Founder of The Self Sourced Membership. 

She's a wife, mum of two young girls and a heart-led entrepreneur - I'm all about creating harmony across your life.    

As an energy healer, she's helped hundreds of people to get out of their own way, release limiting beliefs and blocks from the past, to BE the person that they want to be and live the life they were made for. 

Before she stepped into her role as a coach, she advised businesses on their marketing strategy for over 20 years, and has worked with hundreds of brands - ranging from small start ups right through to global brands including Ferrari and Emirates, and every size in between. 

Frankie's zone of genius is syncing energetics with powerful aligned strategies, to accelerate results in business with ease, grace and flow.
